All merchandise sold on our site is 100% authentic. Our products are brand new and hand selected by our team of experts from around the world. We ship items as they are received from the designer.

We'll try our best to get you what you want. To be notified if a sold out item becomes available again, click Contact Us fill out our form with a product name/link. For special order requests, we will reach out to the designer to check if the item is available for you. Please allow 5-10 days for us to get back to you.

WH ships internationally but there are some restrictions on part of the designers we carry that we must adhere to. There are also some restrictions for beauty and lifestyle products due to customs requirements and/or restrictions in place with our shipping partners. Please feel free to contact us for additional information.

To enter a discount code, enter the code into the 'Add Coupon Code' box at checkout. Provided that your order complies with the terms of the offer, the discount/amount will be taken off your order total. Please note that discount codes do not work on any items marked 'Final Sale', make sure you type in the same exact format (example: ALLCAPS / lowercase)

If you have an existing store credit, it will be available in your WH account and you can choose to apply a certain amount or full amount of your credit for your order. A discount code cannot be used in conjunction with a credit note.
